Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Kafka Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our Apache Kafka infrastructure. This role involves configuring Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability, implementing security protocols, and supporting development teams in building real-time data streaming applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in distributed systems, DevOps practices, and messaging platforms.

Requirements

Kafka Cluster Management (7 Years of experience minimum)

Install, configure, and maintain Kafka clusters, including operating systems and related software.

Manage Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, retention policies, and access control.

Monitor cluster performance, availability, and health.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka cluster performance, memory management, and security.

Kubernetes Management:

Deploy and manage Kafka containers using Kubernetes.

Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters.

Scale Kafka deployments within Kubernetes.

Monitor the health and performance of the Kubernetes environment.
