PURPOSE
Facilitates communication, collaboration and builds optimization between departments and internal and external entities to accelerate operational performance. Serves as a bridge connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operational performance and efficient decision-making. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serves as the central point of contact for coordination related to new build and enhancement requests between the Practice Management team, Central Business Office and Clinic Operations. This includes supporting ongoing projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensures enhancement and new build requests are properly documented, organized and shared appropriately, managing the flow of communication to all parties.
Collaborates with Revenue Cycle leadership on identifying optimization opportunities, within the revenue cycle and present possible solutions to leadership.
Coordinates with relevant Central Business Office and Clinic Operations departments to streamline workflows and improve overall revenue management performance.
Assists leadership in developing, testing and monitoring best practices and workflows to integrate with current and new functionalities, and for both external and internal systems, including identifying process improvements and opportunity validations and developments.
Develops and maintains reference tools for and with individual departments within Revenue Cycle.
Fosters collaboration and effective teamwork by organizing and facilitating meetings, decision-making sessions, and problem-solving discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Contributes to the development and implementation of strategic plans by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on stakeholder needs.
Attends Epic, Waystar, Experian and other vendor webinars and demos to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation and shares relevant knowledge and insights with stakeholders to enhance their understanding and decision-making processes.
Reviews revenue cycle dashboards and recommends or creates reports to support key performance metrics.
Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
Regular and dependable attendance.
Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC SharePoint.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED. Five (5) or more years of experience in revenue cycle.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of professional billing, its terminology and ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding.
Knowledge of Epic basic functionality.
Knowledge of Jira basic functionality.
Ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others’ needs.
Ability to align own actions with those of other team members committed to common goals.
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
