As a Liner Lab Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process of our cutting-edge products. You will be responsible for operating precision cutting equipment, sandblasting parts for preparation, and assembling them with liner material. This is a hands-on, dynamic position that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Knife Cutting:

Operate the knife cutter software to precisely cut liner sheets according to designated patterns.

Ensure proper material placement, alignment, and taping before initiating cutting.

Verify the successful completion of each cutting job and collect the finished pieces.

Sandblasting:

Set up the sandblasting equipment, ensuring proper media levels and filter maintenance.

Prepare parts for sandblasting by applying protective masks and taping.

Operate the sandblaster safely and effectively to achieve the desired surface finish on parts.

Clean and inspect sandblasted parts before transport to the liner lab.

Lining:

Apply liner to sandblasted parts according to established procedures.

Ensure proper adhesion, alignment, and trimming of the liner material.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the process.

Quality Control:

Visually inspect all parts and assemblies for any defects or inconsistencies.

Report any identified issues to the supervisor promptly.

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures within the lab.
