Job Description

We are looking for a very technical hands-on person to join our team as an IT Security Analyst/Engineer. This person should be able to work independently in a very fast pace environment

Primary responsibilities – Responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and monitoring of various IT Security appliances. The analyst will also be assisting in the enforcement of the corporate IT security policies.

Additional duties:

• Work on various projects to support or enhance the overall security posture of the company as it continues its growth

• Provide on-call support as needed for any potential security incident.

• Assist in the various yearly audits (PCI, SOC)

• Assist in the creation or modification of security policies as needed

Skills set desired:

• Familiar with the following security technologies: SIEMS, Muli-factor authentication, Vulnerability scanners, SFTP, NAC, VPN, Web filtering, port security, 802.1x

• Familiar with mobile security

• Email security (Spam filtering, encryption)

• Familiar with PCI DSS, HIPPA, and other industry regulations

• File Integrity and DLP technologies

• Huge bonus if you have an application development background and understand application security and its development

Nice to have

• CISSP certification

• Any SANS\GIAC certification
