Job Title: Welder/Fabricator (Staircases & Handrails)

Location:Lindon, UT

Hours: 8am-6:30pm M-Thursday

Pay: $25-$30

Job Description:

We are currently hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator who specializes in custom staircases and handrails. This role involves the full process—from fabrication to installation—so we're looking for someone skilled, dependable, and personable who takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate staircases and handrails to precise specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and detailed shop drawings

Weld using TIG, Stick, and Dual Shield (.045 wire) methods

Complete a weld test as part of the hiring process

Install fabricated products into residential homes

Ensure high-quality finishes and accurate fit-ups

Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

3–5 years of welding experience (TIG, Stick, and Dual Shield required)

3–5 years of fabrication experience (preferably in architectural or structural metalwork)

Must be able to fabricate staircases and handrails from start to finish

Proficiency in reading blueprints and shop drawings with accurate measurement skills

1G or 3G certification in Dual Shield .045 required (Unlimited certification preferred)

Must have work boots and welding helmet

Must be punctual, professional, and easy-going

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Unlimited welding certification

Experience with on-site installation in residential environments
