We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Review, investigate, and resolve debit card dispute claims in compliance with REG E, Star, and Visa rules.

Analyze transaction details, customer communications, and account activity to determine the validity of disputes.

Ensure all claims are processed accurately and within the required regulatory and internal timeframes.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status and outcome of their claims.

Document all findings and case actions clearly and thoroughly in dispute management systems.

Coordinate with external financial institutions and merchants as needed to gather supporting documentation.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field- preferably in debit card disputes.

Strong knowledge of Regulation E and debit card transaction flows.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the dispute’s life cycle (chargebacks, representments, pre-arbitration).
