Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk:
- experience with Quickbooks
- experience with Word, Excel, and familiarity with other work platforms
- strong organizational skills
- content to work alone, self-motivated, hybrid (mostly remote to start)
- report directly to myself, the ED, and the bookkeeper
The job entails:
- payables
- posting payables
- coding expenses, preparing expense reports and credit card reports
- following up with counties (overdue payments)
- making deposits
- ensuring donations are appropriately designated
- communication with the leadership team at the DPGH and the finance committee
- gather documentation for the audit
