Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Bloomington/Normal area, is seeking a Yard Driver to join their team! This is a company offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Job Summary: seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Driver to join our team. The Yard Driver will be responsible for moving loaded and unloaded semi-trailers throughout a private lot. This position does not require a CDL but does require experience with big equipment and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely move loaded and unloaded semi-trailers within the private lot.

Operate yard trucks and other large equipment efficiently.

Ensure trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading.

Perform routine inspections of equipment and trailers.

Maintain a clean and organized yard.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Qualifications:

Proven experience with big equipment and trailers.

Ability to operate yard trucks and other large equipment.

Strong understanding of safety protocols.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual.Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
