Job Description

Job Duties Include:

Line Cook/Plate Maker

1. Refilling ingredients to make plates

2. Letting the prep cook know when food is running low

3. Making plates

4. Handing out orders to customers

5. Making sure area is cleaned and stocked for next shift

6. Cleaning back end during closing shift.

Prep Cook

1. Defrosting meats

2. Cooking food/Frying fries

3. Washing dishes

4. Refilling ingredients

5. Getting rid of all trash

6. Maintaining a clean area

7. Stepping in to make plates

8. Cleaning back end during closing shift.

9. Opening duties during opening shift.
