Oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities across Atlanta, ensuring top-tier performance in occupancy, rent growth, and resident satisfaction.

Lead, train, and mentor on-site teams to build high-performance cultures and support professional growth.

Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor evaluations to inform pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to align operations with company goals and values.

Manage budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and compliance across the portfolio.

Represent Chandler Residential in the local real estate market and apartment association networks.What We’re Looking For

Proven success in regional or multi-site property management, preferably in the Atlanta multifamily market.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
