Organization Description

Fraser, Ltd. is a corporation consisting of homes and apartments located in Fargo, and West Fargo. Services provided by Fraser, Ltd. include rehabilitative and residential support for people with

intellectual disabilities, mental illness and those experiencing difficulty transitioning to adulthood. Services are provided in a home environment, as well as in apartment settings. Basic skills are taught to

help people with disabilities to function on their own accord to the point where some are able to live independently. Children’s services are provided to youth and young adults with special needs and those

who are typically developing. Transitional Youth Services provides services to young people ages 14 – 26 by offering assistance with basic needs, therapeutic case management, and residential programming

through a Transitional Living Program.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Facilitate a team approach toward treatment.

Provide organizational training in the implementation of behavior programs.

Designs treatment plans that are sensitive to individuals' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.

Implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans.

Implement and monitor plans developed with the Council on Quality and Leadership to ensure that

continuous progress is being made and provide evidence through documentation.

Conduct naturalistic observation of individuals within individual and group settings.

Gain and use knowledge of Title XIV, and HCBS Waiver for monitoring purposes to ensure that standards

are being met

Education and/or Experience

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Must maintain ND license which needs to be renewed yearly.

Two years of directly supervised experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans

utilizing established approaches including Behavioral Analysis or Positive Behavioral Supports that are

consistent with best practice and research on effectiveness for people with developmental disabilities.

Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Ability to instruct individuals for guidance with personal care needs.
