Sailpoint / Radiant Logic Systems Engineer

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a SailPoint / Radiant Logic Engineer. The ideal candidate is personable, articulate, has a keen eye for detail, with a focus on making sure the customers’ requirements and needs are met quickly and effectively. Solutions should adhere to best practices, reference frameworks, regulations, and guidelines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interface with customers to understand requirements and customer needs and then be able to translate them into actions.

Job Duties

Integrate Radiant Logic with other third-party software, such as SailPoint

Install, integrate, configure, and deploy ICAM solution capabilities

Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies

Support program requirements, leveraging SailPoint and Radiant Logic experience

Coordinates with contract management and customer to ensure requirements have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs

Developing required documentation for new or existing systems

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned and may have supervisory responsibilities

Develop custom connectors and integrations with external systems.

Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.

Implement and customize lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports

Creating rules as part of connector development

Implement and optimize software code for performance, security, and scalability

Integrate services and APIs with SailPoint for enhanced functionality

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software applications with other systems and components

A focus on producing high-quality maintainable code with meticulous attention to syntax and logic.

Creating and managing workgroups in SailPoint

Configuration and management of most common direct connectors (i.e. Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe, etc.)

Manage the deployment of SailPoint solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing processes. This involves planning deployment phases, conducting migration activities, and verifying post-deployment stability.

Required Qualifications

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/CI Poly

Bachelor’s Degree: System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline. High school diploma with additional years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Minimum of 3 years’ Experience: SailPoint design, development, and deployment

Minimum of 3 years’ Experience: Radiant Logic

Minimum of 3 years’ Experience: Linux, SQL, XML

Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and user interface

Experience with integrating software applications with back-end technologies

Experience with role-based access controls and configuring automate provisioning and deprovisioning

An ability to communicate technical ideas, critiques, and concerns clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in a format the customer can understand

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components

Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred: Bash scripting experience

Preferred: Experience with software security best practices
