Position Summary:

As a senior management team member responsible for overseeing and driving growth, operational efficiency, and value creation, you will play a pivotal role in implementing advanced manufacturing technology, fostering team development, and ensuring quality assurance while leading cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Leadership and Team Development:

Provide visionary leadership to the manufacturing team, setting clear goals and strategies for growth and excellence.

Mentor, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Operational Efficiency and Growth:

Drive significant annual growth and value creation by optimizing manufacturing processes and resource allocation.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure we remain at the forefront of furniture manufacturing technology.

Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with all supporting departments, including sales, design, procurement, and logistics, to align manufacturing processes with company goals.

Foster cross-functional relationships to drive a unified approach to achieving objectives.

Maintain and enhance product quality and safety through rigorous quality control and assurance programs.

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent excellence in our products.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related fields.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience with ERP platforms and Automation.

Demonstrated track record of driving substantial growth and value creation.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
