We’re looking for an experienced agent who’s ready to take the lead—mentoring others and building a successful real estate team in the process.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping agents grow through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on guidance. You’ll have access to in-school leads and a proven training system, making it easier to support new and experienced agents while growing a business.
As you help others succeed, you'll naturally expand your team, influence, and income—earning rewarding commissions while creating something bigger than yourself.

Coach and teach contracts
Coaching appointments
Help recruit new agents to the office
Weekly accountability with agents
Weekly coaches meeting
One-on-one coaching appointments

Ability to teach sales script masteryQualifications:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Real estate sales experience
Completed transactions searchable in the MLS
