Position Overview
As a Security Officer/Concierge, you will be the face of safety and service at one of our Northern Virginia properties. You’ll ensure the security of residents and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
Address inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Monitor security systems and promptly respond to alarms and disturbances.
Conduct routine patrols and report any safety issues or suspicious activity.
Create detailed, accurate reports.
Work closely with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in security is a plus but not necessary.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to work the Monday-Friday, 5 PM - 11 PM schedule.
Active DCJS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
