HTG is a growing staffing company based in Lexington, SC. We work with IT leaders to deliver top talent that helps drive results.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll handle the full recruiting process, build strong client relationships, and help guide junior recruiters. You'll play a key role in finding top candidates and supporting both our team and our clients.

This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in our Lexington office.

What You'll Do

Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job boards, social media, and networking.

Work closely with account managers to meet client needs.

Mentor junior recruiters and support their growth.

Stay current on industry trends and share hiring insights with clients.

Track key metrics and follow hiring policies.

What We're Looking For

Recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency.

Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

A proven track record in high-volume recruiting.

Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools.

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
