5x8-Hour schedule (9:30 am - 6 pm) with occasional weekend days in acute rehab

90% outpatient and 10% acute care caseload

1+ years' experience required

AK License Required

Standard rehab gym equipment and pneumatic compression available

Rare on-call requirements (4 hours on Sat/Sun for acute, 40 hours/week guaranteed

General orthopedic and neuro cases including vestibular conditions

EMR: EPIC
