Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, collecting information and entering it into the system.
· Ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers.
· Knowledge of processes and policies to create a successful interaction with current or future customers.
· Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments.
· Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.
· Internet service that meets system needs and a separate workplace.
· Type 30 WPM or more
· Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.
· Maintain customer satisfaction.
· Demonstrate patience and professionalism.
· Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
