Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Dental Assistant, located in San Jose, CA. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting the dentist during procedures, providing oral care and education to patients, and sterilization of dental instruments. The role also includes answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and following up with patients on their recare and treatments.

Qualifications

Dental Care, Communication skills, and Sterilization

Experience in Sterilization processes and maintaining hygiene standards

Proficiency in Dental Assisting techniques and best practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortability with calling patients and answering phone calls

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in Dental Assisting is a plus

Prior experience in a dental office is beneficial
