Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Compensation: $1,000 Hiring Bonus Weekly Pay Full-Time

Overview:

A well-established manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Operator to join its production team. This role is ideal for individuals with CNC machining experience who are committed to producing high-precision parts. Operators in this position run numerically controlled machining and turning centers, maintain tight tolerances, and ensure the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Operate CNC machines based on part drawings and specifications

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and air/electronic gauges

Make machine offsets and minor tool changes to maintain tolerance within 0.05mm

Load, inspect, assemble, and package parts according to work instructions and quality standards

Perform minor adjustments to maintain finish and dimensional accuracy

Complete inspection documentation and follow inspection frequency protocols

Cross-train on different machines as required by business needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
