Job Details:
The role will conduct analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated applications used by Sales Ops and Technical Support.
Support business stakeholders with analysis of new capability requirements that measure and assess the impact of change to:
Business process workflow (including operational metrics)
Reporting
Transactional systems, including the data exchange between them
Business objects:
Item
Customer
Lead
Opportunity
Ability to draft as-is process and data flows
Triage between high-impact, high-urgency issues requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency, that can be analyzed and solved by tier-one, off-shore support
