Overview
Up and coming State Farm agency in North Houston / Tomball / Cypress is looking to expand and grow team with the addition of a high producing team player.
Seeking an individual willing and eager to learn and create. One must have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to invest in themselves and as a result the team as a whole. Individual should be able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with the desire to contribute and be part of the team.
This is not a job; this is an opportunity to join a team with lucrative compensation. This is a salaried position with minimum standards; however, this should not be the intent. The ideal expectation would be to at least double the compensation through earned commissions and bonuses.
Full training provided. We will make the investment to train and teach you everything you need to know. Including, sales coaching and situational role play, insurance and coverage knowledge, navigation of technology systems and applications.
This is a sales position and Insurance licenses are required. Interviews for non-licensed applicants are available, however both the Property and Casualty license and Life and Health License must be obtained before an offer of employment can be made. Assistance with acquiring licenses for the right candidate is available.
