Position *
We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly professional. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a polished presentation, and a commitment to patient care. As a Medical Assistant at Ahn Point, you will work closely with Dr. Ahn and our Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, providing vital support during pre- and post-operative care, as well as assisting with in-office procedures. Whether you are an experienced medical assistant or new to aesthetic medicine, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this specialized environment.
Key *
Assist in pre- and post-operative care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Support in-office procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
Prepare exam and treatment rooms, managing equipment and supplies.
Provide patient education on pre- and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient interactions.
Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and experience.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional, polished demeanor with a compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and techniques.
Previous experience in aesthetic medicine or surgical settings is a plus but not required.
