As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

Fully Remote (U.S. Only):

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview:

The HCM Account Executive - International is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence for our Human Capital Management solutions in global markets. This role focuses on understanding the unique needs of international clients and aligning our SaaS offerings to help organizations streamline HR processes and enhance workforce management.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets for our HCM Software.

Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HCM Software.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our HCM Software in the market.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.

Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) concepts and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Desired Experience

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

The pay range for this position is $50,900 - $94,500/yr ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan, annual bonus, and restricted stock until grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
