Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong background in employee benefits (preferably from a benefits agency environment), who excels in high-volume, fast-paced settings. This role requires a unique blend of service, marketing, and technology expertise—someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks with precision. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead benefits renewals, RFP marketing, client support, and build benefits platforms (EASE and Employee Navigator) for our clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a client-facing and internal support resource for employee benefits tasks including renewals, enrollments, and client service resolution.
Assist with gathering, formatting, and presenting benefit quotes and proposals.
Coordinate carrier marketing and RFP processes from start to finish.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of open enrollment, implementation, and service-related tasks.
Maintain benefits compliance documentation and reporting schedules.
Build and maintain benefits platforms (EASE, Employee Navigator) for new and renewing clients.
Create and update client-facing materials, including benefit summaries and booklets.
Requirements:
Key Qualifications
2+ years of employee benefits experience (marketing, account management, or service support).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with EASE and Employee Navigator a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and a strong client-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have active Life Accident & Health license
