Looking for an immediate hire. MUST have previous Hotel Front Desk experience and be available to work alternating shifts.
Candidate should be professional and able to handle Guest situations with a smile.
MUST have own vehicle as reliable transportationCompensation:
$12 hourlyResponsibilities:
Manage the reservation process
Check guests in and out, accepting payment along with appropriate deposits
Must complete all online training programs
Able to work cohesively with coworkers
Work together with housekeeping staff to make sure guest rooms are clean and ready to rent
Verify that all clean vacant rooms are entered properly into the system
Able to handle all guest situations
Answer incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
Book reservations accepting credit cards to guarantee the reservations
Able to show the event space to potential clients on behalf of the Corporate Sales Manager
Assist guests by directing them to local shops and restaurantsQualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Must be able to be a team player and work well with all departments
Comfortable assisting guests over the phone as well as in person
Candidate should have strong problem-resolution skills
MUST have a professional appearance and conduct
MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be on time for your shifts
Synexis experience preferred
