About the Role:

Guardian Residential Services Llc is seeking a Residential Program Manager to join our team in ANNANDALE, VA. As a leader in the residential services industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch care and support to our clients and their families. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and execution of residential programs

Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance and training as needed

Develop and maintain program policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements

Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders

Participate in the development and management of program budgets

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of program effectivenessRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential program management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in residential care
