Job Summary
We're seeking a strategic, hands-on ABM Specialist to help fuel pipeline growth by executing targeted account-based marketing campaigns while supporting scalable demand generation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and run multi-channel programs that engage key accounts and broader audiences alike. You’ll manage campaigns from concept through performance reporting and play a key role in building the foundation of a scalable ABM engine with demand gen best practices baked in.

What You'll Do
Plan and execute ABM campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn Ads, webinars, email, content syndication, and more
Support broader demand generation efforts, including lead nurturing, inbound campaigns, and paid media
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and prioritize high-value accounts, tailoring messaging and assets to match buyer personas and funnel stages
Own campaign logistics — from building assets and landing pages to setting up tracking and managing timelines
Create and optimize marketing content, including ad copy, email sequences, nurture workflows, landing pages, and newsletters
Help manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and contribute to reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure alignment between campaigns and buyer needsRequirements:
Education and Skills:
Bachelors Degree required
2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on involvement in both ABM and demand generation
Confident managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
Understand how to personalize messaging by persona, buying stage, and account tier
Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a knack for managing competing priorities
Interest in growing into a strategic marketing leadership role, with deep expertise in both ABM and demand generation
Experience marketing to HR, Finance, or healthcare/benefits leaders
Worked with intent data or ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or ZoomInfo
Partnered with SDRs or Sales teams to support outbound efforts and ABM plays
