About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Project & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of initiatives across our technology organization. This role requires someone with a sharp eye for detail, a knack for streamlining processes, and strong leadership and communication skills.

As the central hub for project coordination, you will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives. Central Operations

Working with the CEO, organize and where necessary facilitate a wide array of business meetings

Creating agendas, organizing content with key participants and contributing to Operations Board, Project and Program meetings and other regional meetings as required

During meetings you will agree with the CEO how the meeting will be led and capture key notes, decisions and actions

Between meetings, follow up with other participants to ensure actions and decisions are followed through to deliver on strategy and execution plans

Manage a calendar of activities across the organization as agreed with the CEO and senior leadership team

Project Management & Execution

Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead regular check-ins, stand-ups, and steering meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.

Translate technical updates into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Team Coordination & Support

Coordinate work across multiple disciplines including product, engineering, marketing and operations.

Identify and remove blockers, mitigate risks, and drive resolution on issues.

Foster accountability, clarity, and focus across team members.

Process Improvement

Champion best practices in project management and workflow optimization.

Evaluate and implement tools and methodologies to improve project efficiency.

Help build a culture of continuous improvement and agile responsiveness.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology, e-commerce or SaaS environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with poise and clarity.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar project management platforms.

Ability to lead through influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification a plus, but not required.
