Right now, we're looking for a skilled Small Engine Technician to join our team and help us maintain and repair our top-of-the-line compact, forestry, and grounds equipment.

At Tri-State Bobcat, we offer a competitive pay range of $25.00 - $34.00 per hour, plus overtime for your expertise and dedication. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), and our Little Canada location is a place where employees love to work!

Essential Functions:

Diagnose and repair a variety of equipment

Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly

Communicate job progress effectively with the service manager

Inspect and test equipment after repairs are completed

Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of work orders, parts, and labor

Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on safety

Stay up-to-date on new equipment, with opportunities for ongoing training, including limited out-of-state training

Adhere to company safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in small engine repair and service

A full set of tools - which you'll be able to build upon with our Tool Allowance Program!

Experience with hydraulic/hydrostatic systems and electrical systems is preferred

Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate diagnostic software

Experience operating Bobcat or similar compact construction equipment

Independent worker with good time management and organizational skills

Valid driver's license
