Coordinate performance review processes: schedule reviews, collect documentation, assist managers with goal setting and employee development plans.

Assist with benefits administration (open enrollment, eligibility changes, COBRA), field employee inquiries, and partner with vendors as needed.

Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback trends, and collaborate on retention strategies and culture-enhancement initiatives.

Review timesheets, track hours worked, leave usage, and calculate pay adjustments (bonuses, commissions, deductions), supporting accurate payroll processing.
