Description
Primary Function:
Ensure process-compliant batch release for downstream process steps.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently review batch documentation, including all necessary tasks (e.g., manufacturing records, internal complaints, inspection orders).
Ensure effective deviation management, including the preparation of internal complaints.
Perform batch releases (e.g., for semi-finished goods or goods receipt).
Prepare required documentation according to internal specifications (e.g., control charts, evaluations).
Conduct pallet releases and special measurements in compliance with specifications.
Coordinate certificate procurement and manage inspection lots as instructed.Qualifications
Completed vocational training (3 years) in quality assurance or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a focus on batch documentation and release processes.
Practical experience in identifying and managing risks within quality assurance processes (1-2 years).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results under time constraints.
Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and spreadsheet tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and management.
