Position Title: Graphics Inventory Coordinator

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary:

The Graphics Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the production, organization, and inventory management of printed and digital graphics. This role ensures the timely production of high-quality graphics, maintains an accurate inventory of materials, and coordinates internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory of graphic materials, substrates, and supplies.

Generate and manage purchase orders, accurately receive and process incoming shipments and related documentation, and maintain clear and timely communication with vendors to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and resolution of any discrepancies.

Utilize inventory management software to reconcile orders and generate reports.

Order materials and supplies, as needed, to prevent shortages and delays.

Track usage of inventory and implement reordering strategies to optimize stock levels.

Move, organize and store inventory to ensure easy access and efficiency.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.

Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to printing materials and equipment.

Other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years inventory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. (example: 150+ SKU's)

Minimum 1 year of experience generating Purchase Orders, receiving documents, communicating with vendors and using inventory management software to reconcile orders and generate reports.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational and inventory management skills.

Familiarity with printing equipment and finishing techniques.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to pay close attention to detail providing accuracy and quality throughout job duties.

Ability to read measuring devices.

Must demonstrate a consistent and stable work history, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-format printing, signage production, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to stand and move around the building 8+ hours per day.

Ability to pass a full physical examination.

Lift, carry, push, pull up to 70 pounds from the floor and place it onto overhead shelving.

Must have the ability to hear and respond to auditory signals, distinguish tones and pitches in equipment, and use hearing protection during specific tasks.

Physically able to move and transport up to 75 pounds.

Ability to bend, grip and move fingers/hands.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, balance, and reach overhead.

Vision abilities required by this job include close and/or color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection.
