About You

We’re seeking a creative, organized, and digitally-savvy Marketing Intern to join our team and help strengthen ADRM’s brand presence. This role will focus on creating compelling social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping drive business development efforts. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with leadership on real-world projects and content strategies designed to engage clients, partners, and future talent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in marketing, communications, or brand strategy.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms

Collaborate with team members to source stories, visuals, and campaign ideas

Support the development of digital campaigns, graphics, and branded assets

Assist in managing ADRM’s content calendar and marketing project trackers

Research industry trends, competitors, and social best practices

Track and report on social media engagement metrics and suggest optimizations

Contribute ideas to help promote ADRM’s services, events, and thought leadership

Assist with marketing efforts related to recruiting, partnerships, and business development

Other learning opportunities as assignedRequirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), with a solid understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus

Passion for marketing, branding, or digital content creation

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable in a remote work environment

Ability to focus for long periods of time
