Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Franchise Sales, located in Boca Raton, FL. The Director of Franchise Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive franchise sales. This includes managing franchise agreements, generating leads, and developing business plans. The role involves working closely with potential franchisees and guiding them through the franchising process. Additionally, the Director will be required to monitor market trends and provide insights to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Franchise Sales, Lead Generation, and Franchising

Proficiency in managing Franchise Agreements and developing Business Plans

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plu
