What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering compelling messaging across digital, print, and social platforms to drive engagement and strengthen our brand. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to create consistent, high-impact marketing materials that support business goals and elevate the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan and execute social media strategy and content calendars
Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community across platforms
Manage reputation and respond to reviews on Google and Yelp
Create digital and print assets for campaigns, events, and promotions
Write press releases, feature articles, website content, and more
Collaborate with internal departments and providers to gather stories, testimonials, and marketing data
Coordinate with vendors for advertising, events, and collateral production
Travel to locations as needed for content creation and engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Strong writing, editing, and creative skills
Solid understanding of project management and campaign execution
Experience with social media, content creation, and basic graphic tools
Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
Positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal communication

Preferred Experience & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Previous experience in marketing or communications
Experience with web design or photo/video editing a plus
Copywriting and content production skills
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel locally to clinics and events
Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs for event setup
Work in both office and clinical settings
