Description:

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes across a growing manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for data-driven improvement to make a meaningful impact on quality systems and outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Champion a culture of safety by following all safety rules, policies, and procedures — and encouraging teamwide engagement in safety initiatives.

Lead the standardization of test instrumentation and inspection methods across multiple sites, working closely with R&D and site quality teams.

Provide divisional support on instrumentation questions and site purchases.

Facilitate Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including gauge correlation (GR&R), to ensure consistent test results across sites and customer plants.

Conduct statistical analysis on defect trends, complaint data, CpK product and machine performance, and more.

Analyze and present data to site management teams to identify improvement projects and high-impact focus areas.

Use Six Sigma tools, lead Kaizen events, and manage Black Belt projects to drive process improvements and permanent positive change.

Support a shift toward data-based decision-making and help implement best practices across the division.

Provide training support for new hires on quality systems and act as an internal audit team member when needed.

Collaborate across functions to solve problems, assess risks, and share best practices among sites.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science discipline

2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused role

Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to make thoughtful, timely decisions

Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and products

Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal

Strong statistical analysis abilities and attention to detail

Team leadership and facilitation skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
