Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
Michigan BCBA Licensure
Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience
BCaBA would also be considered

POSITION DETAILS
In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed and the freedom to create your own schedule within the hours of operation. The BCBA will provide support to our in-home and center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
Completing assessments
Parent training
Client specific program development
Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Work Schedule
Freedom to create your own schedule. The ABA Center is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day.
Earn up to $84,885!
Schedule flexibility within the hours of operation: The ABA Center is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM.
Full-time
