Architectural Drafter/Designer

Position Overview: Selectek is seeking an Architectural Drafter to assist with drafting work on architectural interior renovations, focusing primarily on hospitality projects.

This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and a commitment to detailed design work for hospitality environments.

This is an in-office position initially, with potential remote flexibility after the first three months.

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed architectural drawings for interior renovations, primarily focused on hospitality projects.

Collaborate on a variety of project types, including office, medical, and religious facilities, with an emphasis on interior design and architectural framework.

Utilize AutoCAD and, ideally, Revit to complete and manage project drawings, coordinating with teams in Tampa and New York as needed.

Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience Preferred: Experience with Revit Background in interior renovation projects Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field Additional Information: Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Core Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM) Location: Tampa/Clearwater, FL area Position Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Direct Hire Starting Base Salary (Once Permanent): $55K-$65K (DOE) Hourly Rate During Contract: $29-$35/hr.
