Construction Manager (Foreman/Superintendent) – Data Center Projects Location: Northern Virginia (Ashburn, VA as central point) Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Compensation:  ~ +/- $80,000--$130,000/year (Negotiable, dependent on experience) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to serve primarily as a Foreman/Superintendent, responsible for overseeing internal and subcontractor crews on data center construction and upgrade projects.

Scopes of work range from minor BMS/EPMS upgrades to complex multidisciplinary scopes involving multiple trades.

This is a field-based role requiring a hands-on leader with mission-critical construction experience.
