JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development and review of technical publications and manuals for Defense products

Bill-of-material and technical data review for submission to government organizations and systems

Provide daily support to Manager of Information & Technology Services

Oversee creation, development, and maintenance of military program technical manuals

Print redaction

Media translation requests

Product manual compilation

Media storage, documentation, and transmission

Provide part information to military customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate"s degree in engineering technology or related field required.

2-4 years experience required.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Strong knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.

Strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Office365, Adobe/Nitro, etc.

Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one"s time.
