Wage Range is $18.70 - $25.30/hr Credit given for experience

How you will make an impact:

As the Wellness Program Manager at St. Mark Village, you will be responsible for the Resident Wellness Program by planning, leading, and scheduling wellness classes and activities that reflect resident needs and interests. This position involves providing personal and small group training in Village Health & Rehab, guiding residents and team members in the safe and proper use of fitness equipment, and ensuring best practices in exercise technique. You will collaborate with departments such as Culinary Services, Lifestyles, Resident Services, Spiritual Ministries, and the Therapy and Rehabilitation Team to deliver a comprehensive, wellness-focused experience. Key responsibilities also include safeguarding resident confidentiality, tracking wellness progress, and contributing to the creation of educational programs that support physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and skilled at inspiring and encouraging others.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, M-F, with daytime hours. Occasional holiday hours may be necessary.

What you will need:

Must be licensed/certified as a personal trainer, physical therapist assistant, or physical therapist in the state of Florida (required).

CPR certified (required).

Minimum of six months of experience in personal training or rehabilitation (preferred).

Yoga certification (preferred but not required).
