Catering Assistant

Job Duties: Basic understanding of food service and food prep such as cutting chopping vegetables as well as some meats.

All around catering duties.

Working in kitchen and on location at catering sites with setup, serving, bussing and cleaning.

Must have a professional attitude and excellent work ethic in dealing with clients.

Caters include weddings and corporate events.

Schedules differ from event to event but typical wedding events may last from 12pm - 11pm depending on prep and loading going to and from site setup, serving and breakdown to cleanup and back to kitchen.

Dress Code: Black Pants and Black Shoes, White Long Sleeve Button Down Dress Shirt.

(Bow-Tie required) We can provide if you don't have.

We also provide logo apron and Vest.
