Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial structures

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations

Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and 5-Star service

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Be a key player in building our brand

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a licensed plumber with at least 2+ year in residential plumbing installation or service.

Demonstrated track record of successful plumbing installation or service.

Skilled in using hand and power tools of the trade.

Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while adhering to all codes.

Capable of installing various plumbing hardware and components.

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with a variety of residential plumbing systems.

Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances.

Positive attitude, hardworking, and reliable.

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
