4 days a week, M-Th, 10 hour days and off Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

Are you great a greeting people and making them feel welcome? Are you comfortable in an office environment and would you enjoy booking dental appointments for patients by phone, checking patients in and out for their appointments, verifying insurance coverage, answering phones and responding to emails and other office tasks?

Do you have solid computer skills and do you learn new computer programs easily with on the job training?

Then SEARHC is looking for you! We are looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team in Juneau!

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Required: 1 year of office/business experience OR customer service experience

Knowledge of:

General office functions and office equipment

Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive

High aptitude to learn new concepts and adapt to changing regulatory/payor billing and follow up rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.74 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
