Synthetic Turf, Hardscape and Landscape Design Sales & Estimator

Job Description

Evo Turf & Pavers is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Sales and Estimator to join our San Diego team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in synthetic turf, interlocking pavers, and full outdoor landscape design and remodel projects.

You’ll meet with residential and commercial clients to provide in-home design consultations, prepare detailed estimates, and guide them through the transformation process. Leads are provided, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative, experienced team that’s committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· • Conduct in-home consultations with residential clients for turf and paver projects

· • Design and estimate landscape remodels and builds, including synthetic turf, pavers, and hardscape elements.

· • Bid and estimate commercial hardscape and paver projects (plans and specs)

· • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and seamless execution

· • Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope, timeline, and expectations

· • Follow up with leads, track project status, and manage your sales pipeline

Qualifications:

· ️ Proven experience in landscape and hardscape sales, estimating, or project consultation

· ️ Strong knowledge of synthetic turf, interlocking pavers, and outdoor construction

· ️ Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents

· ️ Comfortable with in-home presentations and working directly with homeowners

· ️ Familiarity with commercial estimating and bidding processes is a plus

· ️ Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

· ️ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonusCompany Description
