Job Description
We have an AI start-up client who is looking for a G&A sourcer. The role is remote and a six-month contract that could be extended.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for General and Administrative (G&A) roles across the organization
Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to build a robust talent pipeline
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search criteria
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentQualifications
3+ years of G&A sourcing experience
Experience working for a tech company in hypergrowth
Able to talent and market map
Experinxe with greenhouse and Gem
