Job Description
Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with customers both in person and on the phone for busy dealership with multiple avenues to move up within the company. We have a rotational growth plan for our employees and strive on human development and home growing our next sales and service professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Answer and direct incoming calls with a professional demeanor
Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
Assist sales and service with everyday activities, such as, take vehicle deposit money for new and used car sales, and checkout service customers after service is performed.
File invoices
Outbound calls to customers who's plates and registration have arrived at the dealership
Handle customers in a polite, positive and upbeat manner
REQUIREMENTS:
Excel in customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Professional personal appearance and presentation (dress code required)
Outgoing and positive demeanor

11:00AM-8:00PM Mon - Fri ( with a day during the week off )
8:00AM-6:00PM Saturdays
Closed on Sundays
Must pass a drug screen prior to employment
