POSITION SUMMARY
The Admin Support Billing Associate assists with the billing process for grants, Career Camps and the OJT process.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Follows step by step procedures to move items through the billing process.
Moves data among documents and uploads documents for billing purposes.?
Communicates with supervisor when questions or billing issues arise.
Works with data through Excel and Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
Reports results to management daily.
Completes other related tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience working with database programs.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and web-based database systems;
CRM experience required.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work at a rapid pace with accuracy to meet goals and deadlines.
Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems.
Must have own computer, printer, smartphone with data plan, and high-speed internet connection.
Supervision: No supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: No travel required.
