Position Summary for the Manual Machinist:

We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist specializing in Prototype Sheet Metal Industry, Prototype Injection Molding Industry, Automotive Industry or the Aerospace Industry.

Shift Times for this Position:

1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM (8 Hour Days) and 6:00AM to 4:30PM (10 Hour Days) must be open to working up until 4:30 when needed. - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

2nd Shift (Flexible Start Time): 2:30PM – 4:30PM to 10:30PM – 2:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

3rd Shift (Flexible Start Time: 9:30PM-11:30PM to 5:30AM-7:30AM (Varies Between Start time and if we are working 8 Hours or 10 Hours) - (Monday – Friday & day on Saturday)

Types of Manual Machines: Bridgeport, Manual Mill, Manual Lathe, Boring Mill, Prototrak, Press Brake, Drill Press, ID Grinder, OD Grinder, JIG Grinder and More

Industries Specialized In: Aerospace, Prototype Sheet Metal, Prototype Injection Molding and Automotive

Read blueprints to determine what equipment and materials are necessary for the job

Follow the blueprints to create the appropriate tools and components

Operate your machines to grind, cut, and polish the materials

Finish projects using manual tools

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they remain in good working order

Materials Machining: Aluminum, Invar, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel, Sheet Metal, Titanium, Kirksite and More

Compensation Range:

Hourly: $30.00 to $45.00

Time and a Half of Hourly Range after 40 Hours

Double Time of Hourly Range on Sundays
